Before entering the contest, you must read and agree to the terms set forth by the Osaka Metro NiNE managing agency (hereinafter referred to as this agency), which is running the #BeNiNE social media contest. By using the hashtags designated for this contest you are accepting these contest terms. In the event that you do not agree to these terms please do not enter the contest.

Images submitted to this contest will possibly be viewed by a large audience. Before submitting any images to this contest, the contest entrant must ensure that the image or images do not include any content that relates to specific personal information. By posting images to the contest, you accept responsibility for the content of the images you post. Please obtain permission from the appropriate party if the contents of your post contain trademarked or copyrighted material or any other form of intellectual property belonging to a third party before submitting it to this contest.
By voluntarily submitting data to this agency, you are confirming and ensuring that your submission does not infringe on any right of a third party and that you have the legal right to submit said data. A portion of the comments and images submitted to this agency may be altered, modified and used on this agency's official website, social media accounts, and other forms of advertising materials without obtaining express permission.

Restrictions

The following actions are prohibited when entering this contest.
If this agency determines that any of these actions have been committed by the contest entrant, the submitted data will not be posted or will be deleted.
・Interfering with the operations of this contest.
・Posting false information.
・Acts that cause harm, loss, damage, or discomfort to another party.
・Acts of slander and/or injury to the character or reputation of another party.
・Acts infringing upon the copyright or other intellectual property rights of another party.
・Acts infringing upon the property, privacy, or portrait rights of another party.
・Providing information with the intention of generating profit, advertisement, or other acts of solicitation.
・Acts in violation of public order and morals.
・Acts in violation of the law.
・Acts in violation of Instagram’s terms of use.
・Acts in violation of Weibo’s terms of use.
・Other acts that this agency considers to be of poor intent, inappropriate, or against the nature of this contest.

Announcing Winners & Prize

After the contest is finished, only those who have won will be contacted from the official Osaka Metro NiNE account via direct message. Please follow the instructions in the direct message to provide us with your contact information and other necessary details to receive your prize.(Scheduled to occur in early June.) If you fail to contact us within the designated time limit, your winnings will be forfeit.
※Please understand we will not be able to reply to individual inquiries about the results of this contest.

※If any of the following are applicable, you will be disqualified from the contest and your entry may not be posted.
・Your Instagram or Weibo account is not on a public setting.
・You are not following the official Osaka Metro NiNE account.
・There is false or incomplete information in the contact information and other necessary details you provide, or you are not present to claim your prize for an extended period.
・You have committed some wrongdoing in regards to this contest.

※Prizes and awards are exclusively for the person selected as a winner and are not transferrable, may not be sold, traded, or exchanged to a third party.

1. At its own discretion, this agency reserves the rights to halt or suspend any or all parts of the services provided through this contest, alter any or all parts of the website and/or contest, and suspend it permanently.
2. This agency may alter the contents of these terms at any point as it deems necessary.
3. In the event that these terms are altered, these alterations will apply regardless even if the user or contest entrant has posted or entered before such alterations were made.
