Welcome to the Amazing World of Insects Special Exhibition INSECTS

The Osaka Museum of Natural History is hosting the "INSECTS" special exhibition!
After attracting 200,000 visitors to the National Museum of Nature and Science in Tokyo last year, this much-talked-about exhibition now debuts in Kansai! The largest group of organisms on Earth, insects account for more than half of all reported species and are astonishingly diverse. This exhibition introduces specimens selected by insect-fanatic researchers at the National Museum of Nature and Science along with the latest research on insects. Come explore the fascinating world of insects — not only familiar insects such as rhinoceros beetles and stag beetles, but other “bugs” like spiders and centipedes!
*In this exhibition, insects and other terrestrial arthropods will be treated as “insects.”
