Imazatosuji Line
今里筋線
First opened on December 24th, 2006, the Imazatosuji Line is the only line on Osaka Metro to be born in the 21st century. The line color is orange, based on an image of warmth. The line is represented with the letter “I” for “Imazatosuji Line” in the station numbering system. This line runs alongside the eastern Osaka area, featuring historic residential areas neighboring the bustling city center. From Imazato Station, you can quickly make your way to Ikuno Koreatown, a popular neighborhood where the culture brought from the Korean Peninsula is thriving. Simply by riding this line and roaming around, you just may find some really cool things about Osaka.
