The Yakiimo Fes®︎ is a food event where countless shops that use baked sweet potatoes in a range of bold new ways to promote yakiimo culture all come together at once. The culinary trends of the year will come together in new and exciting ways for crossover menus full of desserts, meals, and snacks. All participants will work to come at yakiimo culture from a variety of different angles, all while sticking to the original roots—trying different kinds of yakiimo!
