Arts fall in love with design♡Design feels jealous of arts

A long-waited exhibition to answer the recent hot question of the boundary between design and art

This exhibition commemorates the first anniversary of the inauguration of the Nakanoshima Museum of Art, Osaka. On display are about 100 works from a great variety of genres which represent the Japanese arts and design from shortly after World War II up to today. “What is design?” “What is art?” The answers to such questions may be given when you witness the boundary between the two or things they have in common in the exhibition.
