Under the theme of “a European food market in autumn,” this buffet features 14 confections and eight savory treats that make the most of autumn ingredients including sweet potatoes, chestnuts and pumpkins. If you order a Mont Blanc, you can also see the pastry chef squeeze chestnut vermicelli into the shape of the mountain in front of you.
